Yes, all ADO E-Bikes come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty on main components like the motor and battery, and a 10-year warranty on the frame.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are the e-bikes waterproof and suitable for rainy weather?
Our bikes feature an IPX5 waterproof rating, meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and deep puddles to protect the electrical components.
How do I assemble my bike once it arrives?
ADO E-Bikes arrive 85% to 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the pedals, front wheel, and handlebars using the professional toolkit provided in the box.
